Wakutile is the Current Principal of the Institute of Advanced Leadership-Uganda, Located in Nsambya, Opposite US Embassy. He is an Assistant Lecturer in the College of Education, Open, Distance and E learning, (CEODL), Kampala International University. Wakutile lectures and does research in Higher Educational Assessment, Educational Policy and Educational Management, Higher Education, Sociology of Education, History of Education in East Africa and any mathematical related Courses, Science and ICT. Wakutile Anthony Godwin is an E-Tutor, with a Certificate in E-Tutoring and Postgraduate Certificate of E-Tutoring from Makerere University. He has obtained an Intermediate Certificate in Commonwealth Digital Education Leadership Training in Action from Commonwealth of Learning, a Certificate in Digital Literacy from Uganda Institute of Information and Communications Technology, a Certificate in Consultancy Skills Development from Uganda Management Institute, and a Diploma in Computer Science and Information Communication from Institute of Academics and Vocational Studies, Kyotera . Prior to his appointment as Assistant Lecturer, Kampala International University, he was a Primary School Head teacher and also a Tutor at Butiru Primary Teachers College in Manafwa District, Uganda. He was a Teaching Assistant at Busoga University, Mbale Study Centre before it’s licence was revoked by NCHE. Wakutile possesses a number of skills including experience in Consultancy, E-Tutoring, quantitative and qualitative research supervision, Monitoring and Evaluation, Computer Literacy, the ability to perform, mobilisation and leadership, flexibility, competence in English and Lumasaba languages, and enjoys the practice of farming in his free time. His ancestral home is in Namisindwa District, Bubulo East Constituency, Nabitsikhi Sub county, Bumusomi Parish, Khatwelatwela Village.
