Matsyetsye Emmanuel Koboyi is a senior citizen, practical with a record number of projects Awarded by UN Habitat, Tumain Award Program, International Olympic committee Scholarship Award quadrapling as a Professional Sports Administrator, Teacher, Environmentalist and development planner, and a Social and Political scientist. He is currently Consulting with Institute of Advanced Leadership and conducting a research under Peloponnese University Greece , on “The effect of sport on academic performance of the Girl child, a case of Mbale Tigers Table Tennis club” Has also handled high profile peace building missions over time and supported Children, Youth and student movements in Uganda. He has extensive international, continental and regional exposure in several investment missions by Japanese, Swedish, Netherlands, Greek, South Koreans, Norwegians, Indians, Chinese, Ethiopians, Libyans, Kenyans, Tanzanians and Congolese.
