IAL-U · Technical lead: ICTA
Establish one of Africa's most credible platforms for recognising leadership excellence and converting recognition into education and social impact.
The development challenge
Ethical and transformational leadership is rarely celebrated in a structured, verifiable way. NALI–ABLE creates a transparent national platform for recognition, corporate sponsorship, leadership dialogue and scholarships.
NALI–ABLE will increase IAL-U's visibility, create high-level networks, attract sponsors and position the Institute as a national centre for leadership recognition and executive excellence.
