The IAL-U–ICTA Flagship Projects Portfolio.
Five projects that turn leadership education into practical institutional action: empowering vulnerable youth, strengthening local governments, recognising leadership excellence, building financial independence and advancing nursing and midwifery education.
The IAL-U–ICTA Flagship Projects Portfolio 2026–2027 translates the Memorandum of Understanding between the Institute of Advanced Leadership Uganda and Mr. Samuel Niiwo, Institute Chief Technical Advisor, into visible, scalable and results-oriented programmes. Together the five projects create a Leadership-to-Livelihood Transformation Pathway.
These programmes are currently in design, feasibility and partnership development. Pilot phases are planned for August 2026. Organisations, sponsors and development partners are welcome to engage with us early.
