Capacity Building and Women Empowerment Programmes

Designed for women in leadership, enterprise and community service, this programme strengthens institutional capacity while opening doors for women to lead. Participants build confidence, governance ability and enterprise skills, and join a network of women shaping organisations across Uganda.

Sponsored by the Rotary Club of Kampala Nsambya in partnership with the Institute of Advanced Leadership Uganda, Vijana Poa equips young people with practical, income-generating skills alongside the leadership and life skills that keep them employed and self-reliant.
