How to Apply

For Diploma and Certificate Courses, we have two intakes in the academic year for you to choose from; i.e. January  and August. Each intake might have a different set of programs offered.

For Short Certificate Courses, intakes are open throughout the year, i.e. (from January to December)

You click here to Apply online  OR  Download the form attachment which you will fill offline and send (to [email protected]) or return to us at our campus. Application forms can also be picked from our offices  in Nsambya, Kampala.

Minimum Requirements:

Diploma Programs

  1. Uganda Advanced Certificate Of Education or its Equivalent
  2. Uganda Certificate Of Education or its Equivalent

Certificate Programs

  1. Uganda Certificate Of Education or its Equivalent
  2. 2 Passport photos and valid ID

Your Application will be processed upon submission of the following to our office:

  1. Photocopies of all educational certificates and relevant academic documents.
  2. A copy of the receipt of application fees; UGX 50,000/= (for Diploma & Certificate Courses) UGX 30,000/= (Short Courses); this is non-refundable
  3. Three (3) Passport size photographs
  4. A copy of a Valid Identity Card (National, Passport, or former School ID preferred)
