About Our Institution
Who We Are
The Institute of Advanced Leadership–Uganda (IAL-U) is legally registered and accredited by the National Council for Higher Education (NCHE TI. PL.0023); the Directorate of Industrial Training (DITUVQF 570); the Uganda Business and Technical Examinations Board (UBTEB); and a member of Uganda Association of Private & Vocational Institutions (UGAPRIVI). This accreditation status gives IAL-U an edge among most providers of similar services in Uganda.
We offer expert training with a blend of three capabilities that is designed to give you the ability to develop a compelling vision of the future, and to champion the required innovation and transformation within an organization, community or sector to achieve that vision.
We call this, Advanced Leadership.
